Journaling

I do this every week. I try to not pressure myself to focus on the amount. So right know I am just trying to get the quality. I want to share with you a tip.

This is the 5 minute sprint.
The rules are:
1. Time yourself for 5 minutes.
2. Let your thoughts flow freely
3. Do not correct your errors.
4. Continually write don't stop and think.

Now with this all it takes is you getting started. Good luck and happy journalling.
